The James R. Anthony Honors Recital 2010 Preliminary Auditions will take place on May 8, 2010 at Desert Foothills United Methodist Church in Phoenix, and May 22, 2010 at Pima County Community College, West Campus. The Honors Recital Finals will be held Saturday, June 5, at U of A in Tucson as part of the ASMTA state convention.
The James R. Anthony Honors Recital exists to promote the development of musicianship, technique and performance to the highest level possible. This is achieved through evaluation and audition leading to a recital featuring the most outstanding students in Arizona.
