2021 State Honors Recital Online Registration

  • Changes have been made regarding repertoire, deadlines, and other matters. It is your responsibility to read all guidelines thoroughly.
  • Fill out all information requested on the entry forms, including repertoire and teacher contact details.

Registration Instructions

You must choose between one of the two following options for submitting your registration:

Option 1:  Mail-in Registration Form with Payment by Check.

Print, complete and mail this 2021 Honors Recital Registration Form, along with your check payable to ASMTA, to the name and address on the form.

Your mail-in registration must be postmarked no later than April 24, 2021.

Option 2:  Online Registration with Online Payment

Fill out the Ticket Type and make your PayPal Payment (both of these you will find below on this page).  After you have completed your registration by clicking on the blue box “Send Your Booking” at the bottom of this page,  you will see “Booking Successfully Completed,” at which time a single confirmation email will be sent to you containing a link which will take you to the form for entering the Participant Information.

Your Online Registration must be made no later than 11:59 p.m. April 24, 2021.
