Professor Emerita of Piano, Ohio University. Degrees from Peabody, the Juillard School, and University of Kansas. Active career performing in the US, China, and Scandinavia. Full-time teaching positions at Northern Illinois University and Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida. Have held offices in MTNA chapters in New Jersey and Florida. Former students have been winners in national competitions and now serve on faculties in music schools. Served as a board member in Floridia for the Sarasota Concert Association and also as program coordinator for the Sarasota Music Archive. Am Past-president of the International Edvard Grieg Society in Bergen, Norway and the Edvard Grieg Society of America, Inc. Recently moved to Green Valley and teach in the UA-OLLI Green Valley program.
