About

I grew up in Tulsa, OK. My father tuned and rebuilt pianos in our garage., I began piano lessons at age 13. I played Debussy's "Claire du Lune" in my first Recital. When I was 16 years of age, I played Gerhwin's "Rhapsody in Blue" in my next Recital. I obtained my MTNA Certification in 2005. Following this, I have taught students of all ages. I believe that "Rests are the framework of the music" and students"don't care how much I know, until they know how much I care".
